Soundboard modelled on FE19

Shaping Khaya neck, heel and headstock

Sapele sides planed and bending with hot iron

Join neck to soundboard on solera after applying shellac to inner sides of heel

Assemble sides to heel & end stock

Install linings and flatten sides

Box up the back

Making the purflings from veneers

Installing the back bindings and decorative strip

Installing the top bindings and purflings

Fingerboard

Glue fingerboard to neck

Fretting

French polishing

Bodying and spiriting off

Mounting the saddle
